Low Down Payment: Put as little as 5% down based on the home's as-complete value. Private Mortgage Insurance is required for down payments of less than 20%.
Quick Decisions: Receive a conditional commitment typically within one week.
Seller Assist: Receive up to 3% seller assist with less than 10% down or up to 6% with more than 10% down. Seller assist is based on the purchase price of the home and does not apply to rehabilitation costs.
Mobile Homes May Qualify: Mobile homes may be eligible when the appraisal indicates the home is on a permanent foundation.
