Amy has been helping clients achieve their business goals for more than 15 years. She holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Government from Cornell University and her Masters of Government Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia. She has extensive lending and sales experience, having held various positions as sales team leader, branch manager and loan officer in her career.

Amy also has policy and regulatory experience, having been previously employed as Director of National Government Affairs and Dairy Specialist for the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, Government Relations Director for PennAg Industries Association, Ombudsperson for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture in Harrisburg and Director of Communications for Dairy Farmers of America North East in Syracuse. She is very active in the community, serving on Emergency Service Boards, Boy Scouts committees and children's sporting committees. Having operated a dairy farm in Troy, Amy has a passion for agriculture.

Kevin has served as C&N's Eastern Regional Commercial Team Leader since 2005. He has 24 years of commercial lending experience. He holds his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca. He and his wife, Michelle, and their four children live in Waverly.

Kevin is a member of the Tioga County Industrial Development Agency board and the Sayre Enterprise Center Board. He is a member of the Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Waverly, NY.

Ryan has over 12 years of commercial lending experience. He holds his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in finance from Iona College. Prior to joining the C&N lending team, he worked as Vice President of Commercial Banking at M&T Bank in Williamsport and Baltimore.

Prior to his banking career, Ryan worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Lockheed Martin Corporation in Seabrook, MD. He has also held various other leadership roles in finance and sales throughout his career. Ryan has gained meaningful experience through numerous banking and leadership schools as well.

Active in his community, Ryan is a past president of Tyoga Country Club, current Treasurer of Tioga County Development Corporation, a member of the Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission lending committee and a member of the Develop Tioga lending committee.

Bruce Smithgall has 33 years of banking experience, including 15 years with C&N. This experienced commercial lender brings a wealth of knowledge and depth to C&N's lending team. Prior to coming to C&N, Bruce worked for Sovereign Bank. He is a graduate of Lycoming College where he majored in Business Administration and Economics. Bruce also attended numerous banking and leadership schools.

Very active in his community, Bruce is a director of Penn College Foundation, Chairman of the South Williamsport Borough Planning Commission, and a Chamber of Commerce committee member. Bruce serves as treasurer and a board member of the Newberry Church of Christ.

Bruce and his wife, Debra, have two grown sons and live in South Williamsport.

Kathi Heimbach is a Business Development Sales Officer at C&N covering Bradford and Tioga Counties. She has 26 years of banking experience with C&N. Kathi's office is in our Troy Branch located at 64 Elmira Street, Troy, PA 16947.
 
Kathi received her certificate from the PBA School of Banking in 2009. She has been involved in Lending since January of 2009, specializing in Mortgage and Small Business Lending.

She grew up on a dairy farm and owns an operating farm, so she can to identify with the small business pressures to be successful in rural PA. She works with customers that can include a mix of wage income, business income and property types. She enjoys being able to work with a variety of requests.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Halle has cultivated extensive commercial lending and small business lending skills.  She has developed expertise within the SBA and USDA loan guarantee programs and realized success in utilizing these programs, as well as other economic development programs, to benefit the Borrower.

After receiving her Accounting degree with High Honors from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Halle pursued industry-related certificates through the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking and their Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending.

Halle prides herself on striving to identify the financing needs of the small business and commercial client and providing solutions designed specifically for their needs.  She finds reward in contributing to the economic success of our community, which starts with the small business owner.  Halle is a member of the Williamsport Area School District Advisory Board and Lock Haven University’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Board and supports the Small Business Development Centers within our communities.  She also serves as a member of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce and City of Williamsport Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the Millionaire Chapter of Business Network International.  In addition, time is dedicated to the South Williamsport United Methodist Church as the Finance Committee Chairperson and the Kahletown Cemetery Association as Treasurer.
