Stephen Sherman brings more than 28 years of commercial lending experience to his role as Senior Vice President / Regional Commercial Lending Executive at C&N. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Shippensburg University in 1992. After nearly three decades with a local community bank in York County, Steve joined C&N in March 2021, where he works closely with local businesses to support their growth and success. Steve is active in his community, serving as President of the Hanover Public Library Association, Inc., and as a Board Governor of the Guthrie Memorial Library. In his free time, he enjoys getting outside for a round of golf. 

Michael Kilgour serves as Senior Vice President / Commercial Relationship Manager at C&N, bringing 30 years of experience in commercial banking. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Drake University in 1992. Michael is active in his community, supporting organizations such as Aubrey’s Angels and Central York Youth Lacrosse. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking with his two dogs, Bonnie and Bear, and coaching youth lacrosse. Michael resides in York, PA and has three children.

Robert Bradfield joined C&N in 2021 as Vice President / Commercial Lending Relationship Manager. He holds more than 24 years of banking experience and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Millersville University in 1989. He enjoys giving back to his community, serving as a board member of the Columbia Animal Shelter. Bob has two adult sons and resides in Lancaster, PA with his wife, Alissa. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and watching college basketball, as a former player.

Chau Hao Nguyen is a Senior Vice President / Senior Commercial Lending Relationship Manager at C&N. He earned his degree in Finance and Communications from Lehigh University. Prior to joining C&N, Chau served 5 years as Senior Vice President and Market Leader for the South Central Pennsylvania region at a previous financial institution. He is actively involved in his community, volunteering as a soccer and basketball coach with several organizations throughout Lancaster County. Chau resides in Lititz, PA with his wife, Alyssa, and their four children. He enjoys playing pickleball in his free time.
