Peter Miklos joined C&N in January of 2024 with over 30 years of bank management experience. With a Bachelor's in Accounting from LaSalle University, Peter has also earned his Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Wharton School and specializes in the development of business relationships, leading sales teams and fostering interdepartmental cooperation. He resides in Elizabethtown with his wife, Susan and has one grown son. Peter enjoys lacrosse and is a USA Lacrosse certified coach.

Chau Nguyen joined C&N in January of 2024 as a Senior Commercial Lending Relationship Manager. Chau obtained his degree in Finance and Communications from Lehigh University. He lives in Lititz with his wife Alyssa and they have 4 grown children. He has volunteered extensively as a soccer and basketball coach as well as with his local Rotary club.

Nathan Edmunds joined C&N in January of 2024 as a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager. He has over 25 years of commercial banking experience, including commercial lending and fostering deposit relationships. 
 
Outside of work, Nate has dedicated his time to serving on several municipal and local organizations, including the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce, as President of the local Business Network International (BNI) chapter, and with his local Rotary Club, among others.
 
Nate obtained a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Delaware and MBA from Widener University. He and his wife, Eileen, live in Kennet Square and have three grown children. Nate is an avid golfer and recently wrote a book on renewable energy.
