Bruce Smithgall has 33 years of banking experience, including 15 years with C&N, bringing a wealth of knowledge and depth to C&N. Prior to coming to C&N, Bruce worked for Sovereign Bank. He is a graduate of Lycoming College where he majored in Business Administration and Economics. Bruce also attended numerous banking and leadership schools.

Very active in his community, Bruce is a director of Penn College Foundation, Chairman of the South Williamsport Borough Planning Commission, and a Chamber of Commerce committee member. Bruce serves as treasurer and a board member of the Newberry Church of Christ.

Bruce and his wife, Debra, have two grown sons and live in South Williamsport.

Jack is a banking professional with over 33 years of industry experience. With an M.B.A from Bloomsburg University, he also obtained a certificate from the American Banking Association’s School of Commercial Lending and is a graduate of the Leadership Susquehanna Valley program. 
Throughout his career he has held various roles including Commercial Relationship Manager, Branch Manager and Agricultural Lender. Active in his community, Jack is a member of the Rotary Club of Milton and an active volunteer with Dwell Orphan Care, a nonprofit supporting children in foster care and adoption. 
Outside of work, Jack enjoys golf and time spent with his 6 children and their families. He resides in the Lewisburg area with his wife, Lisa. 
 

Krysia Ziegler has been in the banking industry for over 10 years, working her way up through several roles from Personal Banker, Community Banking Officer and Credit Analyst. Now as a Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager, Krysia uses her experience leading successful teams and building trusted relationships with her customers and community. 
An attendee of Misericordia University, Krysia also participated in the PA Bankers Consumer Lending School and the Leadership Lycoming Class of 2021. 
She is an active member of her community, serving as the treasurer for the Warrior Run Band Parents Association and in volunteer roles for local non-profits and her church. 
Krysia resides in the Watsontown area with her husband and 4 children. Outside of work she enjoys traveling to the Fingerlakes with her family. 
 

Gene is an experienced professional with over 35 years of banking experience. He attended Bloomsburg University and achieved top honors in the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending. 
He has a diverse career within the financial industry, serving as a Commercial Loan Officer, Business Development officer and most recently Loan Officer and Relationship Manager. Gene is active in his community, serving as a board member and treasurer of the Columbia County Industrial Development Authority. 
Outside of work, Gene is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys live music. He resides in the Berwick area with his wife. He has two adult children.
