A lifelong resident of Elkland, PA, Ben joined C&N in 2012. With a focus on Retirement Planning, Estate Planning and Investment Management, he also provides Insurance and Financial Consultation and holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations. Prior to joining C&N, Ben held positions at Unifirst Corp as a Sales Representative and District Service Manager. He was also a Marketing and Sales Associate at JT International. Throughout all of these roles and experiences, Ben has cultivated a unique skillset that focuses on building relationships with his clients.  "Every client has different needs and objective, I enjoy the challenge and opportunity to find the right solutions for them."

Ben earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Business  Administration from St. Bonaventure University. He is an active volunteer for Relay for Live for the American Cancer Society and enjoys spending time in the outdoors.

With 21 years in the industry and nearly five with C&N, Tracy is currently a Trust Administrator responsible for account administration, scholarships & foundations, customer support & service, estate administration, and relationship management.  

Tracy has an equivalent to Associates in Business Management from Eastleigh College in England, as well as Cannon Trust I & II certifications. She volunteers in her community each year and says her personal belief is that “you can do anything you put your mind to.” Tracy also loves to bake, which her husband, Shaun, and four children certainly appreciate.
