Ryan J. Satalin is a Regional Commercial Lending Executive at C&N. Ryan has a wealth of experience in the financial arena, joining C&N in 2011. He previously spent four years with M&T Bank Corporation in Baltimore, MD, as a commercial relationship manager. He later moved to the M&T offices in Williamsport, PA, where he served as a business banking relationship manager.

He holds his BA degree from Johns Hopkins University and his MBA degree in finance from Iona College.

Lindsey Pickering has been involved in lending since 2014. Since May of 2019, Lindsey has served C&N and our clients in her role as our Commercial Lending Relationship Manager. During this time, she has also acted as Chair of the Tioga County Penn State Extension Advisory Board and a Committee Member of the Tioga County Farmland Preservation Board.

Lindsey has a B.S. from Delaware Valley University. She enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her husband, Shane, and keeping up with her son and daughter.
