The 1998 Children's Online Privacy Protection Act established rules for website operators to make sure that children's privacy is protected.
Whether playing, shopping, studying or just surfing, today's children are taking advantage of all that the web has to offer. But when it comes to their personal information online, please be comfortable in knowing we understand the importance of children's online privacy.
We DO NOT collect personal identifying information or any contact information from children under the age of 13.
We DO NOT distribute to third parties any personal identifying information about children who visit our sites.
We recognize the critical importance of protecting children's identities and privacy online and that responsibility rests with both the online industry and parents.
If you have any questions about privacy and information security, please email Citizens & Northern's Chief Privacy Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
