WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2025

Merger Transaction Closes

The merger between C&N and Susquehanna Community Bank
(SCB) officially closes and SCB will legally become C&N.

LATE OCTOBER, 2025

Welcome Book Delivered

A comprehensive Welcome Book will be mailed to customers with detailed information about what to expect, key dates, and actions you may need to take during this transistion.

DECEMBER 5-8, 2025

Expected Bank Systems Conversion

Beginning Friday, December 5th, we expect to start the systems conversion. During this time, online and mobile banking may be unavailable.

MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2025

Expected Systems Conversion Complete

We expect the the conversion to be complete by Monday, December 8, 2025. We will provide further details on the conversion process as soon as we have more information to share.
