No Alerts. Transition timeline is right on schedule.- No immediate action is needed but to keep things running smoothly, it’s a good practice to update your routing number within a year after your December 8 conversion date.
- Deposits continue as usual, same account, same day
Tip: Starting Dec. 8, log into C&N Digital Banking (via web or app) to double-check your deposit on payday.
- Bill Pay: You can schedule payments through Dec. 1 (9am). After that, payments and payees will move over automatically.
- eBills: If you're using eBills through Bill Pay, you will have a few steps to take before December 1. Check out Page 15 in the Welcome Book for more.
- Checks: Keep using your SCB checks until you run out. When you reorder, you’ll just use the C&N routing number.
- Automatic Payments: Scheduled auto-payments will continue seamlessly.
- Debit Card Payments: On Dec. 8, update any apps or sites that have your old SCB debit card saved. (See Debit Card in the Welcome Book)
Get free checks today? If you currently get free checks through a Susquehanna’s Good Neighbors account, not to worry. Visit the Welcome Book’s personal product grid (Page 12) for more information about how account perks, like free checks, will transition over the next few years.
- Through Dec. 7: Keep using your SCB debit card
- By Dec. 3: Your new C&N Visa® Check Card (debit card) arrives
- Starting Dec. 6: Activate your card & set your PIN
- On Dec. 8: Start using your shiny new C&N card everywhere you shop
Tip: In Digital Banking, you can visit Card Management > Debit Card Services to confirm your card is active.
Reminder: C&N will never ask for your PIN, password, or login link.
- Dec. 5 (5:00 pm): SCB online and mobile banking will be unavailable.
- Dec. 8 (9:00 am): Log in to C&N Digital Banking via our website or mobile app.
- Dec. 18: Last day to log in using your old SCB credentials.
- Visit cnbankpa.com or open the C&N Mobile App
- Enter your existing username and password
- Verify your identity with a secure access code
- Create a new password
New to digital banking? Just click Enroll Now.
Tip: Make sure your mobile phone number & email are up to date in Digital Banking by going to Settings. This will help reduce unnecessary disruptions to your banking experience.
Tip: Want alerts? Jot down the ones you use today so you can set them back up inside C&N’s app under Services & Alerts.

- A Freedom Checking account will become a C&N Everyday Checking (still no monthly service charge or minimum balance)
- While our extensive fleet of C&N ATMs are available with no surcharges, C&N will not support surcharge-free ATMs in the MoneyPass® network
- Starting Dec. 8, Remote Deposit Capture will be available inside your C&N Digital Banking.
- From a dedicated Treasury Management team, to best-in-class business solutions, visit our C&N Business Blueprint page to build, manage & grow your business.
- By Dec. 5 - Back up your data file and download your final transactions.
- On or after Dec. 8 - Deactivate and then reactivate your online banking connection.
