Who's Calling You?
Scammers can pretend to be people and organizations you trust. They can even make a familiar name or number appear on your caller ID. If you’re ever unsure it’s really C&N, hang up and call us using a number you trust. We will never be offended that you chose to verify a call.
If You’re Unsure That It's a C&N Teammate
1. Ask for the teammate’s name. You don’t need to answer additional questions or continue the conversation.
2. Hang up. A C&N teammate will understand your decision to verify the call.
3. Call a number you trust. Use the number on the back of your debit card, a saved C&N number or the number listed on our official website.
We’ll verify the call and help reconnect you.
Remember, C&N will never ask you to share your:
- Online banking password
- Debit card PIN
- Secure access code
- One-time verification code
