If You’re Unsure That It's a C&N Teammate

1. ASK THEIR NAME
Ask for the C&N teammate’s name. You don’t need to answer additional questions or continue the conversation.

2. HANG UP
A C&N teammate will understand and support your decision to verify the call. You will never offend us by choosing to protect yourself.

3. CALL A NUMBER YOU TRUST
Use the number on the back of your debit card, a saved C&N number or the number listed on our official website. Never use contact information provided by the caller.
