This year marked a significant milestone for Giving Back, Giving Together as teammates celebrated ten years of making a difference in the communities they call home.

What began in 2015 as a grassroots effort to support local causes has grown into a defining part of C&N's culture. Over the past decade, teammates have raised more than $971,000, donated more than 45,000 essential items and contributed more than 2,000 volunteer hours in support of 267 local organizations.

The impact of Giving Back, Giving Together can be found in communities across Pennsylvania and New York. Together, teammates, customers, sponsors and community partners have helped stock food pantries, equip first responders, support educational and literacy initiatives, provide resources for children and youth, assist seniors, help cancer patients during treatment and honor those who have served our country. Behind every dollar raised, item donated and volunteer hour given is a story of someone receiving support when they needed it most.

While the causes have evolved over the years, the mission has remained the same: bringing people together to strengthen local communities and improve lives.

"Community banking is about more than financial services, it's about helping our communities thrive," said Brad Scovill, President & CEO of C&N. "Giving Back, Giving Together has become a powerful reflection of that commitment. Over the past ten years, our teammates, customers, sponsors and community partners have come together to support hundreds of organizations and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. We're proud of what we've accomplished together and excited to continue building on that legacy in the years ahead."

Beginning June 1, 2026, C&N launched its next annual Giving Back, Giving Together campaign focused on supporting individuals with disabilities. Through fundraising, volunteerism and donation drives, teammates will work alongside local organizations to help expand access, inclusion and opportunities for individuals with disabilities throughout the communities C&N serves.

C&N extends its heartfelt thanks to the teammates, customers, community members, vendors, sponsors and business partners who have supported Giving Back, Giving Together over the past decade. Together, they have helped create lasting change and strengthen the communities where we live and work.

As Giving Back, Giving Together enters its second decade, C&N looks forward to continuing this tradition of service and creating even more opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the communities it serves.
