JERSEY SHORE, PA – C&N welcomes Mindy Woodruff as Community Office Manager of its Jersey Shore office. In this role, she will lead the branch team while strengthening customer relationships & supporting continued business growth within the community.
Mindy brings more than a decade of experience leading high-performing teams & driving growth in her local market. Her leadership, relationship-focused approach & commitment to exceptional service position her to make a meaningful impact for both customers & colleagues.
Mindy earned her bachelor’s degree from Elmira College in 2014 & holds insurance licenses in Life and Annuity, obtained in 2024. She is passionate about supporting local businesses & building strong relationships in Jersey Shore and throughout the surrounding area..
Active in her community, Mindy serves as a board member & treasurer of the Transitional Living Center and volunteers with several organizations, including the PA Food Bank, Salvation Army, American Red Cross & Kiwanis.
In her new role, Mindy will continue to strengthen local relationships, support area businesses & deliver the personalized service customers have come to expect from C&N.
