Val joined C&N in June 2025 as the Southeast Region’s Retail Business Development Officer and has quickly demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to her team, customers and community. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Val brings deep regional knowledge, strong business development and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of leading high-performing branches. In her expanded role, she will focus on driving retail performance, supporting team development, and ensuring exceptional client experience across the region.
