C&N Promotes Rachael Clark to Senior Vice President of Northcentral Region

WELLSBORO, PA – C&N is pleased to announce the promotion of Rachael Clark to Senior Vice President of its Northcentral Region. In her expanded role, Clark will continue to lead her region and foster growth in Lycoming County and surrounding areas.
Over the past four years, Rachael has served C&N as Regional Market Leader. Her collaborative approach and commitment to C&N’s relationship model prompted impressive strides for the region in both brand recognition and relationship development. “Rachael’s exemplary leadership and market influence combined with her dedication to the development of herself and her team warrant this promotion,” said Thomas Rudy, Region President of the North and Northcentral regions at C&N.
Rachael’s passion for community uniquely qualifies her to lead this important market. She serves on Lycoming College's Institute for Management Studies Board of Mentors, the Jersey Shore Education Foundation Board of Directors, the Florence Crittenton Services, Inc. Board of Directors and the Hope Enterprises and Susquehanna Health Foundation Golf Tournament committees.
Additionally, she completed the Leadership Lycoming program in 2023, the Pennsylvania Bankers Leadership Institute in 2024 and is currently in the 2nd year of the prestigious 3-year American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking where she will not only earn the Stonier diploma but also the coveted Wharton Leadership Certificate.
