CHESTERBROOK, PA – C&N (Citizens & Northern Corporation, NASDAQ: CZNC) is pleased to announce that Joe Bifolco has joined the Commercial Lending team as SVP-Senior Commercial Lending Relationship Manager based in Chesterbrook, PA. In his role, Joe will focus on building relationships with local businesses throughout Chester County and the surrounding area.

Having spent 27 years in the banking industry, Joe has held a variety of positions ranging from Business Development Officer, SBA Specialist, Franchise Lender & Sales/Market Leader and, most recently, Business Banking Market Leader with Key Bank. 

“We are fortunate to welcome Joe to the C&N team. This is an excellent opportunity for him to apply his knowledge and experience to develop and expand relationships in Chester County and its surrounding markets,” stated Kelley Cwiklinski, EVP-Chief Commercial Lending Officer. 

Joe attended Chestnut Hill College and served our country as a member of the U.S. Army National Guard. Actively involved in his community, he volunteers with Keystone Opportunity Center, a non-profit social service agency that serves over 5,000 neighbors each year providing affordable housing, educational classes and combatting food insecurity.

Joe enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jen, and their six children. He is an enthusiastic Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys attending games year-round.
