  • Our affiliates include financial companies such as Citizens & Northern Financial Services Corp.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  •  Citizens & Northern Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

C&N Digital Banking Mobile Application Policy

By utilizing C&N’s Mobile Banking App you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. If you do not agree to the permissions below, you should cease using our mobile application.

Permissions Function
CAMERA & COLLECTION OF IMAGES We use your mobile camera to capture and collect images of checks you deposit through mobile deposit.  We may access your mobile device camera and collect images as well, if you add images to secure messaging to C&N.
LOCATION We may utilize your location when you use the App in order to assist you in locating one or our branch locations or ATMs.
PERSONAL INFORMATION Personal information, such as your User ID and Device ID, your device’s IP address, biometric information, and your usage of or interaction with the App, may be utilized to help for purposes of security and fraud prevention, improving your user experience, diagnostic data and support and for purposes of improving your user experience and reducing usage problems.
FILES We may capture and collect your files or captured images on your mobile device when you attach files, pictures or other media to secure messages through our App.
AUDIO If you send us an audio message through the App we may access your mobile device’s microphone or audio capture service.
CONTACT LIST We will not access, capture, or collect information from your contact list.

Children’s Privacy
Our site and app are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
