Job Title: Customer Service Representative
This position plans and implements business development efforts for consumer and business deposit products. Provides extraordinary customer service to build long lasting customer relationships within the branch.
Enhance customer retention and deepen existing relationships through cross sales, referrals and new deposit account openings. Focus attention on in-branch business development efforts. Assume responsibility for the efficient, effective and accurate performance of teller functions. Assume responsibility for other duties as assigned. Customer Service - exemplifies Citizens & Northern's Quality Client Service Standards.
Excellent skills in: customer focus, communication, relationship building, product knowledge, technical and cash handling.
High school education or equivalent. One year of previous related experience in cash handling and customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
