Job Title: Trust Investment Manager
This position is responsible for planning, management and direction of
trust investment functions. Directs the Trust Division’s individual investment portfolio activities in keeping with investment objectives and ensures compliance with the institution’s established policies and procedures.
Makes decisions on employees regarding employment, performance appraisals, salary changes, promotions, transfers, terminations and education or training. Evaluates and monitors division’s investment strategies. Reviews existing portfolios and assembles new investment portfolios. Customer Service - Exemplifies Citizens & Northern’s Quality Client Service Standards.
Certifications required within one year of employment.
Excellent skills in: accountability, analytical, internal and external communication, problem solving/reasoning ability, drive for results/ resource management, and planning/organizational.
MBA or Masters in related field. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFA candidate preferred. 6-8 years of portfolio management experience
and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
