Job Title: Community Office Manager
Location: Jersey Shore
This position plans, directs, manages, and evaluates daily branch operations and sales. Ensures the branch functions efficiently and effectively in providing quality customer service and profitability. Leads the branch in business development efforts by building and maintaining deposit and loan relationships with consumer and commercial customers.
Enhances customer retention, attracts new business, and deepens existing relationships through new account business development, cross selling, and quality referrals. Manages the effective and efficient operations of the branch. Leads, directs, and engages in Business Development efforts for the branch. Leadership and coaching. Customer Service - exemplifies Citizens & Northern’s Quality Client Service Standards.
Excellent skills in: sales management & production, customer focus, communication, relationship building, product knowledge and technical.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university or equivalent in a directly related field. 4-6 years of previous related sales and management experience in a banking environment or related sales field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
