Job Title:   Client Contact Specialist

FUNCTION:

This position assists clients with questions/issues in a polite, professional and efficient manner, utilizing appropriate communication mediums, with appropriate and efficient follow-up. Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

WORK PERFORMED:

Provides timely support to all prospective and existing customers of C&N via incoming calls, electronic mail and secure messaging, and live chat. Promotes C&N products and services solutions. Customer Service - exemplifies Citizens & Northern Quality Client Service Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent skills in: business/organizational knowledge, customer service, language, computer, interpersonal, sales, & teamwork.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Some college or technical school courses in related field. 2-4 years of previous related experience and/or training ~or~ equivalent combination of education and experience.
