Wellsboro, PA: The Shareholders of C&N Corporation elected Aaron Singer of Wellsboro, PA as a Class III Director of the Corporation’s Board of Directors at the April 20, 2017 annual meeting. He will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Ann Tyler from The Board.
“While we wish Ann Tyler well and appreciate her commitment and influence over the last 15 years, we are equally pleased to have Aaron join the C&N Corporation board of directors,” said Leo Lambert, Chairman of the Board. “Aaron possesses a combination of business knowledge and local expertise, as well as a strong dedication to the community, which will bring great value to our organization in the coming years.”
Aaron Singer received his B.A. degree in Business Management from Shippensburg University in 1993. He is the President of MetalKraft Industries, Inc., located in Wellsboro, PA, and Keystone Automatic Technologies Inc., located in Emporium, PA. Both manufacturing companies specialize in metal forming, which includes powdered metal compacts, wire forming, stampings and custom assemblies. Singer took over the family-owned and operated company as President & CEO 2003, but held various positions since 1993, including Sales Manager and General Manager.
Mr. Singer serves on Mansfield University’s Council of Trustees and is also a board member for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center (NEPIRC), which provides regional manufacturers with consultative services to assist in productivity, profitability, competitiveness and local job creation. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Bingaman and Son Lumber, a third generation lumber company in Kreamer, PA, and as a member of the Investment Committee for The Laurel Health Foundation.
Aaron is very connected to his community. He is the Co-Chairman of the Wellsboro Community Stadium Project, past President of Wellsboro Area Youth Soccer, High School Track coach, Little League coach and a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church finance council.
Aaron and his wife, Lynette, live in Wellsboro, PA with their four children, Alexa, Jake, Lauren and Zach.
