FUNCTION:
This position conducts credit investigations and analyzes credit information of larger and more complex loan requests.  Prepares credit approval documents for presentation to loan officers and/or committees.
 
WORK PERFORMED:
Spread, review and analyze financial statements and related material for larger and more complex existing and prospective borrowers.  Develops the credit approval document to assist in the lending decision on new, renewal and extension loans.  Investigate all available sources of credit and financial information, including report services, credit bureaus, the Risk Management Association, industry trends and other companies.  Prepares annual reviews on borrowing relationships in accordance with Citizens & Northern Bank’s loan policy.  Assists in the assignment of risk ratings.  Calls on existing and potential borrowers with lenders to solicit new loan and deposit relationships or to monitor the borrower’s ongoing credit worthiness.  Customer Service - exemplifies Citizens & Northern’s Quality Client Service Standards
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

FUNCTION:
The PC Technician’s role is to support and maintain desktop computer systems and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The position will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and assistance where required.
 
WORK PERFORMED:
Supports Desktop environment.  Maintains calls in the Helpdesk software package.  Responsible for complete setup of all new PC’s, Laptops, Thin clients, branch scanners, receipt printers.  Serves as backup of desktop computer images, software media and software licenses.  Responsible for monthly Patch Management and Anti-Virus Processes.  Performs duties related to maintaining Business Continuity Site.  Customer Service - exemplifies Citizens & Northern’s Quality Client Service Standards.
