The Assistant Human Resources Manager will assist the HR Director in creating and implementing department plans including identifying needs and establishing plans of action and will be responsible for oversight of many daily operations and designated processes.
Assists in the supervision of daily duties performed by the human resources department. Assists Director of Human Resources in creating and implementing department plans including identifying needs and establishing plan of action. Ownership of designated processes. Customer Service - exemplifies Citizens & Northern’s Quality Client Service Standards.
Excellent skills in: communication, drive for results/resource management, decision making, business/organization knowledge, language and planning/organization.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent. 4-6 years related experience in a Human Resources Department and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
